This is so good and timely for me. When I decided to share my writing online, I also felt there were things I *had* to do. While I did need to step out of my comfort zone, I didn’t have to do things that felt inauthentic for me (like having more than one social media account or monetizing my blog). Congrats on exceeding your goal! 2,000 is a lot of people!

So true! I am glad you found what is authentic to you. There is definitely a fine line between going out of our comfort zone to do something that is good for us and that will stretch us and going out of our comfort zone for something that doesn't feel true to who we are.

That was awesome ! Thank you for your clarity and specificity, especially getting clear on deal breakers for a dream, and finding solutions that are authentic & worth doing.

Thank you for the beautiful and warm words, Kyunghee. Congratulations on reaching your dream of selling your book! I really like you listened to your gut and promoted your book in ways that were authentic to you and your personality. I feel like sometimes it can be difficult to know what is authentic to us and our personalities when we are in a culture where competition and “ the winner takes all” are valued. I also like how honest, vulnerable and respectful you are with yourself. So glad that you found your way that works for your personality. You are very inspiring!

Thank you Xiulan! You are right … I think it is hard to know what is authentic to us- there are so many competing voices. So true !
